Here are some FAQ's that may be helpful

BILLING & RENEWAL DATES 

Monthly members are billed every month and are on an auto-payment plan.  Quarterly members will be billed every 3 months and are on an auto-renewal plan. A box will be shipped every month, but you’ll save by pre-paying! Six month members will be billed every 6 months and are on an auto-renewal plan. A box will be shipped every month, but you’ll save monthly by pre-paying! 

You only need to subscribe one time for a membership. For instance, you do not need to purchase the six month box again; your card will be automatically charged after your initial six month period. 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Handpicked Box Subscriptions ship by the 15th-18th of each month.    

ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes must be made within your account prior to the 3rd of the month for existing or renewing members. Please view the address change deadlines for existing or renewing members below: If you’re a new member, please update your address within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order information is sent to our fulfillment center the order information cannot be changed, altered, or cancelled. To change your address, simply login and click the “CHANGE ADDRESS” button next to the subscription that needs to be updated. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

HandPicked Box Subscriptions renew automatically. Six month and Three month Box Subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund during the subscription period. To prevent your subscription from renewing, cancellation requests should be submitted after receiving your last box and before your subscription renewal date. To ensure all boxes are delivered that were pre-paid for, 3 month and 6month Subscriptions can only be cancelled after all boxes have been delivered. Monthly Subscriptions can be cancelled during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first box. If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription after receiving the first box, then make sure to do so before the 20th of the month prior to receiving your next box; otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. There are no cancellation fees. In order to cancel your subscription, please contact us at customerservice@handpicked.net. Canceling your subscription prior to the renewal month will stop any further credit card charges. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer $7.99 Flat Rate shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Boxes are shipped via USPS and your box will be dropped off at your home without signature confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the box can be dropped off and left unattended without signature. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURN POLICY

All HandPicked Box purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns for any of the items in the subscription boxes. If there is something in your box that was received damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@handpicked.net with the details and photos if possible. If we are not notified of damaged items within 3 weeks of delivery, we will not be held responsible for any damaged goods. Thank you for understanding.
